All payments go through the App Store or Google Play depending on your device, and you can manage or cancel anytime from there.

Yes. When you invite someone to a journal, you can decide if they’re just there to read, or if they can also add or edit posts. This is great if you want both parents to contribute, or if a grandparent wants to leave a note or memory of their own.

Yes — the app works on both. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play, and your journals will sync across devices if you ever switch phones or use a tablet too.

Yes, privacy is at the heart of what we do. Your journals are only visible to you and the people you’ve chosen to share them with. All content is securely stored, and we never use or share your data for anything outside the app.

Exporting or backing up content is a feature we're actively working on. For now, all entries are securely stored in the cloud. Stay tuned for export options in future updates!

You can request a change of ownership for the journal. We'll transfer it to your child, who can continue to enjoy reading it. However, if they'd like to add new entries, a subscription will be required. Please note that each journal allows only one ownership transfer.
